Delivery Acceptance of the Customers Parts

Customers assembly parts or single parts are accepted by us.

Overhaul and Condition Diagnosis

We thoroughly inspect conditions of the customers'part for damage, corrosion or workability before making decision on repair or a whole renewal with customers.

New Packing / Repair / New Production

Packing and O-ring are all replaced.
Some special packings are provided by customers.

Some Repair case

• When a rod is found damage through the process of Grinding→Plating→Grinding→Buffing , plating may be removed in some case.
• When a cylinder has damage and corrosion, honing treatment is applied.
  
• When a rod is bent, the bending repair kit is used for correction.
